WOFL is a virtual channel 35 (UHF digital channel 33), a television station owned and operated by Fox and licensed to Orlando, Florida, USA. The TV station is owned by Fox Corporation’s Fox TV subsidiary and is part of a duopoly with the TV station WRBW (Channel 65) owned and operated by MyNetworkTV. The two TV stations share studios on Skyline Avenue in Lake Mary. WOFL’s transmitter is located in unregistered Bithlo, Florida.
On the cable, WOFL's standard definition is in Charter Spectrum channel 3, Comcast Xfinity channel 11 and CenturyLink Prism 35 channel, and Spectrum and Prism channel 1035 and Xfinity 434 HD channel.
Ocala's WOGX (channel 51) is WOFL's semi-satellite TV, serving the Gainesville TV market. In this way, it cleared all network programming provided through its parent, and broadcast most of WOFL's news broadcasts at the same time, but broadcasted a separate joint programming product; there were also separate local commercial advertisements and legal workstation logos. Although WOGX has an advertising sales office on Northwest 53rd Street in Gainesville, the overall control and most of the internal operations are located in WOFL's studio.
